Job summary

Mäntsälän kansalaisopisto is seeking a substitute instructor to lead group fitness classes. The substitute will join a register; once approved and availability is noted, offers for shifts will be sent by text message.

The role involves leading a variety of fitness classes including muscle-strengthening workouts, kettlebell, pilates, dance-based classes, multiple yoga styles, seniors’ exercises, body care, parent-and-child activity, children’s movement and dance groups, and gym sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead muscle-strengthening workouts, kettlebell, pilates, dance-based classes, and multiple yoga styles.
• Conduct lighter exercises for seniors, body care, parent-and-child activities, and children’s movement and dance groups.
• Provide gym sessions and diverse fitness activities within a safe and inclusive environment.
