Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an SLA Manager for Grid Automation in Vaasa or Tampere, Finland. Lead project teams delivering SCADA/DMS and RTU deployments to global customers, combining technical excellence with strong leadership and a can-do mindset.

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience with SAP, MS Office and MS Project.
Proficient Finnish and English communication.
Willingness to work in a flexible project team.

Responsibilities

Lead project team with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones.
Manage project to customer requirements, ensuring safety, quality and financial targets are met.
Oversee project plans: scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
Monitor stages to ensure cost control, resource efficiency, risk management and HSE.
Identify and address project risks; share lessons learned.
Coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers with Supply Chain and Legal.
Achieve project deliverables and contract compliance; build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
