Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Variant Configuration Transformation Lead to drive global AVC modeling changes. Qualifications

Deep, hands‑on experience with SAP Variant Configuration LO‑VC and AVC.
Experience migrating configuration models to S/4HANA AVC.
Strong understanding of CTO and ETO product configuration scenarios.
Experience designing global configuration models in cross‑functional environments.
Experience with Teamcenter Product Configurator and multi‑BOM scenarios is advantageous.
Ability to work at architecture and transformation level while remaining hands‑on.
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP CPQ related changes to Variant Configuration models.
Lead migration and redesign of LO‑VC models to S/4HANA AVC with end‑to‑end testing.
Design next‑generation configuration models leveraging AVC capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce, Teamcenter PLM.
Establish global configuration modeling standards, governance, and best practices.
Train, coach, and mentor configuration modelers in best practices.
