Job summary

Canatu is seeking a Head of Business Unit to own full P&L, define the unit's strategy and drive its product roadmap. You will build a high-performing organisation with accountability and collaboration, leading with a people-oriented approach.

You will push productisation and industrialisation of technologies, cultivate global customer relationships, and translate needs into commercially successful offerings while leading investments for long-term value and contributing to Canatu's Corporate

Qualifications

• Strong track record in industrial, automotive, mobility, robotics, defense or other advanced technology sectors.
• Proven (min 5 years) leadership experience from product management or product marketing in a scale-up or start-up environment.
• Experience in scaling products and businesses from emerging opportunities to sustainable growth.
• Strong customer engagement and business development capabilities.
• Experience and cultural understanding of US and Asian markets.
• Ability to build organisations, culture and leadership teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong bias for action.
• Experience working in international and growth-oriented environments.
• Fluent in English.

• Defining and executing the Business Unit strategy and product roadmap

• Driving productisation and industrialisation of technologies and solutions
• Creating strong customer relationships and developing new business opportunities globally
• Translating customer needs into commercially successful products and offerings
• Prioritising investments, resources and business opportunities to maximise long-term value creation
• Driving operational excellence, accountability and execution discipline across the organisation
• Contributing to Canatu's company-wide leadership and strategic development as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team
