Job summary

MacGregor is seeking a Product Manager to own the bulk ship product portfolio. You will define product strategy, optimize total costs and drive competitiveness across the lifecycle, working with shipyards, cross-functional teams and shipowners.

You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Sales and Sourcing to balance design costs, pricing and value while ensuring aftermarket support and growth. This is a hands-on role with global travel and an international team.

Qualifications

• Role requires defining product strategy and lifecycle ownership.
• Experience translating customer feedback into profitable product developments.
• Ability to collaborate with shipyards, design offices and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product roadmap based on market trends and feedback.
• Act as product expert in discussions with shipowners and shipyards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Sales and Sourcing to optimize costs and pricing.
• Support major claim resolutions with Contract Management feedback into design.
• Provide technical direction to global service teams for aftermarket growth.
