Job summary

Orion Pharma is seeking a Project Manager for a two-year temporary role in its Global Operations Project Management Office. You will manage technical investment projects, including equipment upgrades and facility changes, across Turku or Espoo with a hybrid work setup and majority office presence.

The role requires experience in pharmaceutical production processes (GMP), cross-functional leadership, and strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical investment projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production processes / GMP environment.
• Experience in supply chain investment projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid work permit in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Creating the business case facilitating business benefits identification.
• Defining the scope schedule and risk management plan.
• Planning the budget and resources.
• Planning and executing projects according to set goals, ensuring they are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget.
• Utilizing project management tools efficiently in projects and participate in the development of project and portfolio management methods.
• Reporting on projects to steering and decision-making forums and lead active risk management to minimize project risks.
