You will drive the divisional communications strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and lead a talented team to create consistent narratives across offerings, markets and channels while leveraging marketing and change

Responsibilities

• Drive the divisional communications strategy to strengthen alignment, visibility and commercial impact.
• Partner closely with the Head of Division and leadership teams, offering strategic insight and constructive challenge.
• Lead, coach and support a talented communications team while remaining ready to contribute hands-on when it matters.
• Build and maintain consistent narratives across offerings, markets and channels, ensuring clarity and usability for leaders and teams.
• Shape marketing and sales aligned communications, including campaigns, client-focused content and account-based approaches.
• Coordinate internal and change communications to support understanding, unity and engagement across countries.
• Use insights, analytics and digital tools (e.g., CRM/marketing automation, web analytics, AI supported workflows) to guide decisions and continuously improve.
