Job summary

Amer Sports in Helsinki is seeking a Manager, Workforce Planning & Controlling to own end-to-end planning cycles and analytics of workforce costs. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership, driving cross-brand planning with a global scope.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A or financial controlling, strong Excel and data skills, and experience with OneStream or similar planning platforms. You’ll join a small, fast-paced team and influence strategic workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial controlling, people cost analytics or related function.
• Experience with workforce planning or headcount as a cost driver.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive group-wide workforce planning cadence across Brands and Regions.
• Design and maintain standardized planning templates, reporting packs, and tools.
• Ensure accuracy and data quality of global workforce plans and governance.
• Coordinate planning communities and translate planning targets for planners.
• Drive OneStream enhancements and support system administration liaison.
• Perform driver-based scenario modeling and variance analysis.
