The role
You will have the overall management responsibility for the Finland market: preparing for the reregulation in 2025 and managing the biggest commercial P&L in the market in 2026.
What you will do
- Full responsibility for the profit & loss (P&L) in Finland
- Manage local market risks for the FDJ UNITED Group, including regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
- Oversee budgeting, marketing spend, cost control, and develop & optimize marketing and brand strategies
- Contribute to product strategy to ensure competitive and relevant offerings
- Manage external communications to deliver ROI, handle trade association relationships, and act as a local spokesperson
- Purchase on/offline media based on an optimal and cost-efficient media mix
- Monitor and improve key KPIs and daily business performance
- Engage actively with customer activities to attract, retain, and develop the customer base
- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to enhance customer experience and increase retention and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with responsible gambling standards, regulatory, legal, and ethical obligations, with a focus on player protection
- Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant codes of conduct and guidelines
- Develop and implement a commercial sustainability strategy for the local market
- Work with Group risk teams and executive management to monitor and influence key risks; serve as a local strategic advisor
- Participate actively in the Gibraltar local Management team, supporting the People Agenda and improving Employee Engagement scores
- Model excellent leadership and behaviors to foster a winning culture aligned with company values
- Hire top marketing talent to build a diverse, high-performing team
- Set clear OKRs and promote a culture of performance measurement and alignment
- Build a strong team retention strategy through learning, development, and career growth opportunities
Keeping FDJ UNITED Compliant
- Act as a compliance ambassador and GRC leader within FDJ UNITED Group
- Ensure adherence to the Group Compliance Framework and specific licensing obligations
- Maintain compliance with GRC obligations within your responsibility
- Assess and decide on risk mitigation and acceptance within pre-defined levels
- Challenge processes and policies that negatively impact compliance

- Experience or network within the online gambling industry is advantageous
- 5-10 years of relevant B2C management experience with a proven track record
