Job summary

OP Pohjola invites you to join its Kiitorata 2027 Trainee Program as Transformation Specialist Trainee in Helsinki. You will work in the Transformation Management Office, producing reports, analyses and presentation materials to support decision-making and monitor progress.

You will develop operating models, processes and tools, collaborate with senior leaders and specialists, and gain hands-on experience in business development, change management and data-driven leadership during a paid

Qualifications

In the final stages of university studies or recent graduate, preferably in economics and/or technology.
Interest in business development, implementing change and project work.
Ability to analyse, structure and visualise information.
Strong English communication; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of insurance business is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Produce reports, analyses and presentation materials to support decision-making and monitor transformation progress.
Support monitoring of risks, dependencies and development actions; maintain transformation roadmap.
Develop operating models, processes and tools; collaborate with senior leaders and change teams.
Engage in business development, project work, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
