Overview

We are looking for people interested in door-to-door sales and face-to-face sales (conducted in different public areas) within the humanitarian/charity sector! The role is perfect for e.g. an international student living in Finland who wants to earn some extra income and is interested in sales and wants to gain experience in the field in Finland.

Role description

In this fundraising role you will be contacting people in person door-to-door in different residential areas all around the Uusimaa (Greater Helsinki area). The aim of the work is to acquire new monthly donors for the organization you are representing.

The role can be part-time or full-time, and the working hours per week are approximately 15-37.5 h. You can choose how many hours you want to work based on your schedule. The work is mainly done in two shifts during Mon-Fri (days and evenings) as well as at all times on Saturdays. The daytime shift is approx. 12-17 and the evening shift is approx. 15.30-20.30. The shifts and routes are published to all workers about a week in advance and you can pick the shift and route combinations that are suitable for you.

We are looking for motivated people with great can-do attitudes for these roles! It is great if you already have some experience in sales but you can also be new in the industry.

Compensation and other information
  • The compensation is fully commission-based. Depending on the new donors acquired and the total value of the gained donations it is possible to earn around 1500-5000 euros per month (based on the hours worked and your ability to gain new donors!). There is no limit on how much you can earn!
  • Starting date: As soon as possible.
  • Working time: 15h-37.5 h / week (Mon-Sat, you can decide when you\'ll want to work)
