The role offers flexible remote work, a modern Tech stack, and opportunities to influence architecture while delivering sustainable software that helps clients meet their environmental goals.

We're continuously developing our platform, exploring AI-powered features, and adopting new approaches to software development.
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the entire technology stack, from cloud infrastructure and backend services to APIs and user interfaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable SaaS solutions using .NET, C#, React, and Azure.

Experience with the following is considered an advantage:
Aurelia
Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry

AI-powered application development and integrations
You enjoy solving complex technical problems and turning ideas into working software. For you a great software is about clean code, but also about usability, performance, security, and maintainable solutions.
You're comfortable taking responsibility for technical solutions, making decisions, and collaborating with others to deliver high-quality results.
You write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code and understand the importance of testing and automation.
You value code reviews, knowledge sharing, and open technical discussions. You're comfortable working independently but also enjoy solving problems together with your team - developers, designers, product management and field experts. We value clear communication and the ability to explain technical solutions to different audiences.
We're particularly interested in developers who are curious about the future of software engineering.
We actively explore how AI and agentic development tools can improve the way we design, build, test, and maintain software.
Experience with tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot is an advantage.
You can balance long-term development with occasional ad hoc tasks and enjoy working in a team where you can make a real difference.
