The role demands hands-on HTML/CSS literacy, browser DevTools fluency, and the ability to articulate precise architectural and styling decisions in English. A local development setup and reliable time blocks are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with HTML and CSS, semantic markup and layout techniques.
• Ability to read and reason about legacy table- and float-based layouts.
• Comfort with browser DevTools and testing at 1920×1080.

Responsibilities

• Render a reference page and two candidate replications at 1920×1080 and judge state-by-state closeness.
• Diff visual fidelity: spacing, typography, color, borders, images, z-order, and overflow.
• Read source code of both attempts and assess construction quality, not just visuals.
• Provide evidence-based justification for every preference in grading.
