Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Supervisor to back the management team in growing the brand and supporting store operations. You will help build a sales and service culture, delivering best-in-class service to customers and leading a knowledgeable team.

You will supervise staff, support training, ensure legal compliance in alcohol sales, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k), and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members, including ongoing product knowledge and sales skills development.
• Ensure compliance with laws for alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards; perform other duties as assigned.
