Job summary

MS0274 General Medical Finland Oy is seeking an Improper Payment Prevention Super User (18-month maternity cover) to lead End-to-End workflow execution in AST, ensuring accurate data, compliant documentation, and timely approvals. Responsibilities

• Execute and manage IPP workflows in AST throughout their full lifecycle, including initiation, approval, and closure.
• Translate business inputs into structured system entries and ensure timely submissions per GIP requirements.
• Monitor workflow progression and resolve delays or bottlenecks to maintain process continuity.
• Validate data integrity and ensure all engagement details are accurately reflected for compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate PO creation, invoice processing, POD validation, and financial closure of engagements.
