Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support Dallas-area clinics by joining different teams, meeting patients, and helping keep operations smooth. No certification required initially; 2 weeks of paid training provided.

You will travel between Rockwall, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Prosper, with a busy, patient-focused environment fostering growth in clinical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED – proof required.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
• Maintain lab equipment and required documentation
• Prepare and process laboratory testing
• Complete quality control documentation
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Support front desk duties when needed
• Work closely with providers and clinic teams
• Help maintain smooth patient flow and clinic operations
• Create a positive and welcoming patient experience

What You'll Do

Schedule

Must be available to work within our clinic hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2-3 Saturdays per month. When you work a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off.
