As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance about our diverse range of gaming products. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Educate customers about our gaming offerings to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of service
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collect and communicate customer feedback for service improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
