YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, the FP&A Manager will enhance our financial department's capabilities by spearheading financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, while delivering actionable insights to inform both strategic and operational decisions. This position entails close collaboration with the local leadership team, key business stakeholders and the Edenred Group to ensure accuracy, transparency, and forward-thinking financial management. Your expertise will be essential in driving our financial success and supporting our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting: Take the lead in developing, maintaining, and analyzing forecasts, budgets, and three-year strategic plans through collaboration with key business stakeholders. Ensure financial models and reports are accurate and uphold the highest integrity standards.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Own the monthly reporting processes conducting comprehensive monthly commercial financial analyses to examine revenue, expenses, and profitability drivers. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while monitoring financial performance against budget and forecast targets. Communicate key variances to management and share insights with the Edenred Group.
• Strategic Decision Support: Support the evaluation of commercial initiatives by performing profitability analyses and scenario modeling. Provide senior management with data-driven recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Finance Business Partner: Work closely with various departments, including IT, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver valuable financial insights, support cost optimization efforts, and enhance operational efficiency. Strengthen collaboration to ensure financial objectives align with the overarching business goals.
• Process Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools. Leverage automation and data analytics to streamline reporting, improve accuracy, and boost overall efficiency in financial operations.

YOUR PROFILE

You bring over 5 years of experience in senior positions within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Controlling, or Financial Management, preferably in an international company with a complex group structure. Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a prestigious university or business school. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree, coupled with significant professional experience, will also demonstrate your enriched financial expertise and capability to excel in this role.

You will excel in this role if you are/have:

• Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring precision in all financial analyses and reports.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Proven ability to convey complex financial information in clear and understandable terms for all business stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Adaptability in Work Environments: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team framework, adept at managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Highly skilled in Excel, with experience in Business Intelligence software considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate: Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a significant asset, enhancing data visualization and workflow automation capabilities.

Fluency in English: As Edenred operates on an international scale, fluent English skills are essential; proficiency in Finnish is a valuable plus.
