We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, the FP&A Manager will enhance our financial department's capabilities by spearheading financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, while delivering actionable insights to inform both strategic and operational decisions. This position entails close collaboration with the local leadership team, key business stakeholders and the Edenred Group to ensure accuracy, transparency, and forward-thinking financial management. Your expertise will be essential in driving our financial success and supporting our growth initiatives.

You bring over 5 years of experience in senior positions within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Controlling, or Financial Management, preferably in an international company with a complex group structure. Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a prestigious university or business school. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree, coupled with significant professional experience, will also demonstrate your enriched financial expertise and capability to excel in this role.
You will excel in this role if you are/have:
Fluency in English: As Edenred operates on an international scale, fluent English skills are essential; proficiency in Finnish is a valuable plus.
