Epec Oy, a Finnish technology company specializing in advanced electronic and electrical systems for non-road mobile machinery and commercial vehicles, is in search of a Finance Director. With a strong growth strategy, we are eager to welcome a business- and future-oriented and results-driven leader to our team. This position is designed for a leader who acts as strategic partner to Management Team. She/he thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of driving business performance through strategic planning, modelling, and forecasting. This role requires a candidate who can balance financial responsibility, vision and risk management with bold, strategic decision-making. You are in charge of the company's overall finance, ensuring the integrity of financial management and reporting while developing processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will guide the team of five finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will be part of the management team and report to the Managing Director.

We have made significant strides recently, investing in our capabilities and establishing a new factory in Seinäjoki. As the market grows, we find ourselves poised to become a credible player for large international clients. Supported by the Ponsse Group, we are well-positioned for ambitious projects targeting global markets.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A master’s degree in economics or a related field, focusing on Accounting and Finance
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in financial management, business controlling and finance in focus
• Experience in management team collaboration
• Ideally work experience in the industrial OEM or automotive sectors or genuine interest in the industry
• Experience in growth companies is desirable
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Finnish is advantageous.
