Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager or Senior Manager for the Finance Reinvention Partner team, with a focus on Nordic financial services clients in banking, insurance and pensions. You will drive finance transformation initiatives, lead cross‑functional teams and deliver strategic value through data-enabled finance platforms.

The role reports to the FS Lead and is based in Helsinki with some travel to Stockholm; strong English and Finnish communication is required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
5+ years of strategy/management consulting or industry experience in CFO agenda.
Background from Big Four or comparable consultancy is a strong advantage.
Understanding of FS finance and regulatory landscape (IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel/CRR, DORA, EU AI Act).
Proven track record in leading teams and managing senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop finance operating model and design for FS clients (banks, insurers, pensions).
Lead finance platform and data transformation across SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream and Anaplan.
Oversee regulatory, controls and reporting transformation for FS frameworks.
Drive AI-driven, autonomous finance processes and human+machine teams.
Lead planning, forecasting and enterprise performance management for FS clients.
