Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Finance AI & Digital Enablement Specialist to empower finance subject-matter experts to use AI and digital tools effectively in their daily work. You will lead the Finance Copilot and citizen‑development programme, building an active champion community across Controlling, Financial Controlling, Tax, Treasury and Financial Transactional Services.

Your focus is on scalable, finance-specific enablement—not generic tool training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and comparable AI or agent tools, with the ability to build solutions, demonstrate use cases and support tool-selection decisions.
• Good understanding of finance processes and the ability to identify and shape valuable use cases across areas such as controlling, tax, treasury and transactional services.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI and digital capabilities into practical finance use cases, such as closing, variance commentary, forecasting, tax checks, liquidity management and invoice or vendor handling.
• Design and deliver repeatable enablement formats—including clinics, use-case labs, playbooks and showcases that can reach finance professionals at scale.
• Build and manage the Finance champion and citizen‑developer community through structured onboarding, regular forums, recognition and sharing of reusable practices.
• Maintain role‑specific guidance that helps different finance professionals select and use the most suitable tools for their work.
• Evaluate AI, agent and citizen‑development tools hands‑on, making clear recommendations based on capability, business fit, cost, security and scalability.
• Govern the citizen‑development programme with IT, including security, data access and data‑loss‑prevention guardrails, while monitoring adoption and realised value.

About the role

As a Finance AI & Digital Enablement Specialist, you will enable finance subject-matter experts to use AI and digital tools effectively in their daily work. You will lead the Finance Copilot and citizen-development programme and build an active champion community across Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, Tax, Treasury and Financial Transactional Services.

Your focus will be on scalable, finance-specific enablement—not generic tool training. Through practical use-case labs, clinics, playbooks and community activities, you will help Finance adopt secure digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and comparable AI or agent tools, with the ability to build solutions, demonstrate use cases and support tool‑selection decisions.
• Good understanding of finance processes and the ability to identify and shape valuable use cases across areas such as controlling, tax, treasury and transactional services.
• Strong experience in community building, adoption management, facilitation and communication, ideally supporting enablement initiatives at scale.
• Awareness of governance, security, data access and data‑loss‑prevention requirements for AI and citizen‑developed solutions.
• Three to six years of relevant experience in digital enablement, learning and development, change management or citizen‑development programmes
• Agile project management skills are also highly desirable

Growth opportunities

As the Finance enablement portfolio expands, this role can grow into broader programme or delivery management responsibility, with ownership of increasingly complex digital adoption and transformation initiatives.
