VEO Group is seeking a Factory Test Area Coordinator to join our Vaasa team. You will coordinate the FAT area, plan test environments, support safety meetings, and ensure correct earthing and connections per project instructions.

You will work with automation engineers, hardware and software specialists, project teams, and Health & Safety representatives to ensure high-quality testing and smooth project execution in the Nordics' largest switchgear manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety principles and safe working practices.
• Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to coordinate multiple activities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the FAT area and act as its primary contact person.
• Plan FAT space reservations and prepare test environments per project requirements.
• Participate in electrical safety meetings and support the safety responsible person in FAT matters.
• Ensure tested panels are correctly earthed according to VEO instructions.
• Set up and connect power supplies and network connections per project instructions.
• Monitor FAT tools, cables and equipment, arranging replacements when needed.
• Manage calibration of FAT test equipment and drive 6S for safety and quality.
• Promote continuous improvement and collaborate with engineers and specialists in FAT facilities.
