Job summary

Bondata Helsinki seeks experienced lunch and à la carte waiters for client sites in Helsinki and Espoo. You will serve guests, take orders, and handle payments in fast-paced environments, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role offers flexible gig work, onboarding before shifts, access to the Bondata Academy around the clock, and local personal support throughout the contract, plus the Forever gym benefit as part of the employee program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a waiter.
• Experience in lunch or à la carte service.
• Food and beverage service and table service skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Hygiene and alcohol service certifications.
• Fluency in Finnish.
• Proactive, efficient and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and in changing situations.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in lunch and à la carte restaurants.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages.
• Handle cash register tasks and payments.
• Set tables and block sections as needed.
• Ensure room cleanliness and smooth operations.
