Job summary

Coppa Eatery Lahti in Lahti is seeking waiters for a permanent part-time role (10–15 hours per week). Shifts are mainly evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering a polished dining experience.

You will provide smooth service, suggest menu items, and respond to guests’ requests as part of a close team. Prior waiter experience and hygiene and alcohol-serving certificates are required.

Job description

Primary location: Lahti, Finland. Coppa Eatery Lahti is a high-standard charcoal grill restaurant in Lahti’s city center with over 100 seats. We serve lunch and à la carte, with care for every guest and a lively team of about 15.

We are looking for waiters to join on a permanent part-time basis, 10–15 hours per week. Shifts are mainly in the evenings and on weekends.

As a waiter you are a key part of delivering a successful dining experience for our customers.

Your days will involve smooth customer service, recommending products, and answering guests’ requests.

You work as part of a close team that helps each other and ensures service runs smoothly even in busy times.

If you fit in, you are positive, professional, relaxed but focused when needed, and enjoy meeting customers.

You should have prior experience as a waiter, be of legal age, and hold hygiene and alcohol-serving certificates.

The wage follows the Travel, Restaurant and Leisure sector collective agreement: 13.70–15.04 €/hour. Pay depends on education and prior experience.
