Job summary

Omexom in Central Finland seeks Network Designers for permanent roles located in Jyväskylä region. You will perform electrical network calculations, create network and field plans and document work in the network information system.

Key duties include structural and route planning, obtaining land use permits, inspections, drafting agreements and applications, and final documentation. You will mark plans in the field and prepare work descriptions while coordinating with customers, subcontractors

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a network or field designer.
• Experience as a network installer is an advantage.
• Class B driver’s license.
• Good oral and written Finnish language skills.
• Safety-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical network calculations and draft network/field plans.
• Document work in the network information system.
• Acquire land use and official permits; conduct inspections.
• Draft agreements and applications; final documentation of works.
• Mark plans in the field and prepare work descriptions.
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
