Job summary

Omexom in Central Finland invites applications for a permanent network installer role. You will contribute to building, maintaining and repairing the electricity distribution network across Jyväskylä, Saarijärvi or Karstula, handling 0.4/20 kV lines and higher voltage switching tasks.

We value vocational qualification, several years of experience, safety-minded approach, customer service, independence, and a valid Class B license.

Qualifications

• Suitable education such as a vocational network installer qualification.
• Experience in construction and maintenance of electricity networks, preferably several years.
• Safety-oriented mindset and commitment to safe working methods.
• Customer service orientation and good cooperation skills.
• Ability to take responsibility for own work and work independently.
• Minimum Class B driver's license.
• Good oral Finnish language skills.

Responsibilities

• 0.4/20 kV underground cable and overhead line installations, fault repair, maintenance work and pole work.
• 20 kV and 110 kV switching work and recording/documenting work in the employer's systems.
• Participation in on-call duty.
