In this role, you’ll be the CEO’s trusted partner, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing travel logistics, and coordinating communications across time zones. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

Employment Type: Permanent
Start of the Employment: Early as possible
Location: On-site location in Espoo, Iso Omena / Travel required (2-3 times/week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the CEO.
  • Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
  • Accompany the CEO on business trips (approx. 2–3 times/week), ensuring seamless logistics and itinerary management.
  • Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact during travel, managing time zones, meetings, and communications.
  • Liaise with international partners, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle expense reports and invoice coding.
