räkkhaus is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive Europe-wide growth in architectural projects. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and collaborate with leadership to position räkkhaus as a leader in sustainable architecture across the continent.

The role requires 5+ years in BD/sales within architecture/real estate, with fluent English and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or client relations in architecture/construction/real estate.
• Proven success securing large-scale architectural projects in Europe.
• Strong understanding of European architectural and real estate landscape and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; other European languages (Finnish, German, French) advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a BD strategy to grow räkkhaus' architectural portfolio in Europe.
• Nurture relationships with clients, developers, real estate firms, and public entities.
• Work with design and marketing to craft proposals reflecting client needs and räkkhaus’ value.
• Monitor market trends and Europe-wide opportunities, including tenders.
• Lead negotiations with clients and partners to align with financial and strategic goals.
• Attend conferences and events to promote räkkhaus and its portfolio.
• Collaborate with leadership to align BD with studio vision and growth targets.
• Coordinate with project management for smooth BD-to-execution transition.
