We are looking for a ESG Controller with a main responsibility to act as administrator for the sustainability data reporting tool (SoFi) and be responsible for the collection, validation and consolidation of CSRD reporting. The preferred location for this position is Helsinki, Finland. We offer a possibility for hybrid remote work.

Your role and responsibilities

As an ESG Controller your work will include data collection, validation and consolidation for CSRD reporting, developing the controls over CSRD reporting, managing and administrating the sustainability data reporting tool (SoFi), updating SoFi\'s emission factor database and acting as key contact in CSRD data assurance. You\'ll be working as a part of the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team and with close interaction with the Sustainability team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position
  • M.Sc., Econ. combined with at least 3-5 years\' proven experience in financial reporting and excellent understanding of internal controls in a global business
  • Interest in application development
  • Excellent understanding of finance processes combined with a development-minded attitude
  • Ability to drive change initiatives independently. Project management skills are an advantage
