Job summary
Kiilto is seeking a Data & Integration Specialist to build, develop and support data flows and integrations across our system landscape. In the early years, your work will be closely connected to Kiilto’s One ERP programme and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as our future ERP platform.
The role is hands-on and offers opportunities to grow responsibility, with hybrid work options and collaboration with the ERP program team and external technology
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs and data flows in an enterprise setting.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and platforms, including APIs and common formats JSON/XML.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Structured, proactive problem-solving with documentation and testing discipline.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, document, and troubleshoot secure integrations between ERP and connected systems.
- Support data migration, validation, and data-quality activities for One ERP roll-outs.
- Monitor integrations and data flows in daily operations and diagnose incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of interfaces, data flows and dependencies.
- Contribute to development of integration standards and reusable practices.
- Collaborate with process owners and partners to translate needs into practical integration solutions.
