Kiilto is seeking a Data & Integration Specialist to build and support integrations across our system landscape, aligned with the One ERP program and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. The role offers hybrid work with locations in Finland and potential remote elements.
You will work closely with the ERP Program Manager and external partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, while advancing Kiilto’s integration standards and data quality initiatives.
As Data & Integration Specialist, you will build, develop, and support integrations and data flows on Kiilto’s system landscape. In the first years, your work will be closely connected to Kiilto’s international One ERP programme and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as our future ERP platform.
Beyond the programme, you will continue developing and supporting Kiilto’s integration and data landscape as part of our long-term internal capability.
You report to the ERP Program Manager and work closely with the One ERP programme team and external technology partners. The position can be based in Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki or another suitable Kiilto location, with the possibility for hybrid work.
At Kiilto, you get to work in an environment that is a fascinating combination of a growing international and down‑to‑earth family business. Our employees appreciate our long‑term approach, open and transparent company culture, Kiilto's team spirit and versatile opportunities to learn new things and grow together with the company. We encourage our employees to bring their ideas forward and develop in our own innovation and training programs. We are particularly proud of the recognitions we have received for our contributions to well‑being at work: we have been chosen twice as the most active workplace in Finland.
