Know Your Customer (KYC) service domain within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) service area is responsible for the framework for ensuring that we know whom we are doing business with, their source of funding, and the purpose of the transactions. A robust KYC process is the key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF).
Currently, KYC is renewing its processes and core applications. In coming years, the aim is to evolve KYC to a true customer activity monitoring domain by further automating KYC processes, bringing in more ML/AI based capabilities and capturing events related to our customers and their associated parties. This is a unique opportunity to drive the KYC architecture to a whole new dimension. The role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Prevention Architecture.
