We have been working on the challenge of how to scale while keeping our organization as flat as possible. Decision-making should stay close to where the work is done.
In 2022, we introduced coaches to handle most 1:1s and strengthen people skills in teams. That worked brilliantly. Now, as we grow, the amount of administrative work around hiring, budgets, and daily operations has increased. That is why we are opening this role.
We do not have every detail mapped out yet. What we do know is that with the right people, we can continue building something groundbreaking in how software organizations work: flat, efficient, and scalable.
This is primarily an administrative and generalist role, where your focus is on enabling others to do their best work. You will:
We are a unit of about 40 people, based mainly in the Helsinki capital area. We build both payment terminal software and cloud-native backend systems.

This role is based in Espoo, Finland. We expect you to be present in the office regularly, especially when our team is. Remote work is supported within reason.
