Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking an Engineering Lead for a large-scale brownfield tank renewal project in Helsinki, Finland. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure progress and delivery from feasibility through execution.

The role requires coordinating civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering, setting scope and schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale brownfield industrial projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes, multidisciplinary teams and local regulations.
• Experience in front-end/pre-engineering phases and project execution support.
• Site experience and familiarity with tanks, pumps, piping and valves.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and lead teams.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project's engineering activities with the Project Manager.
• Lead and coordinate across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans and schedules.
• Plan resources and allocate tasks across disciplines.
• Support concept development during pre-engineering.
• Ensure smooth site execution and resolve coordination challenges.
• Manage engineering documentation and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
