Responsibilities

• Proper resources are allocated to fulfil business needs.
• Resources are trained and develop their competences for all technologies and components in the area of expertise.
• Connections to Technical Service product teams provide consolidated product feedback.
• Networking with R&D is bringing lifecycle knowledge for product development and new product introduction.
• New Technologies are introduced within Technical Service well in advance to secure proper preparation of resources.
• R&D is considering lifecycle technical needs.
• Innovation culture is spread into Technical Service.
• New portfolio solutions are proposed for existing products.
