Fortum is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee high-value, complex energy contracts within its Corporate Customers and Markets division. Your focus is on delivering commercial value while ensuring contractual obligations, business requirements, and regulatory expectations are met.

You will manage PPAs, flexibility and balancing agreements, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen governance, manage changes, and identify up-selling

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in contract management, operations, project delivery, and/or commercial execution.
• Strong experience handling complex post-signature contracts and delivery phases.
• Experience with complex B2B contracts, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or technology.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to prepare commercially aligned documentation.
• Understanding of contract risk allocation and commercial drivers.
• Knowledge of the energy landscape including markets and asset management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent English; Finnish or Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage energy-related agreements such as PPAs, flexibility contracts, and balancing agreements.
• Oversee contract delivery and manage risks across contracts.
• Establish governance procedures and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle contract changes and claims and identify opportunities for up selling.
• Monitor contract financial performance against revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to best practices and AI-powered tools.
