SeeTrue Technologies Oy in Joensuu is seeking a hands-on electronics engineer to drive fast build–assemble–test–integrate cycles for reference models and NRE projects. You will shorten iteration loops and improve throughput across multiple customer deliveries, ensuring hardware modules are built and validated reliably.

You will collaborate with firmware/software teams, debug hardware issues efficiently, and maintain robust test setups, fixtures, and documentation to enable repeatable results and

Competenze

• Strong hands-on competence in embedded electronics and bring-up.
• Experience with lab instrumentation and measurement workflows.
• Understanding of embedded interfaces and system integration constraints.
• Ability to document build notes, checklists and test procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.
• Experience with optical/IR components or sensor systems is a plus.

• Assemble and bring up PCBs and modules; validate subsystems against criteria.
