Job summary

HANZA Assembly Parola Oy is seeking electromechanical assembly workers for a permanent role in Finland. You will manufacture electromechanical assemblies, including wiring harnesses and cable assemblies, and perform connector, crimping, and soldering joints according to instructions.

The role requires manual dexterity, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to read production diagrams. Basic IT skills and ERP usage are needed, along with good eyesight and teamwork, plus willingness to learn

HANZA is looking for electromechanical assembly workers

In your role:

• You will manufacture electromechanical assemblies, including wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
• You will perform connector, crimping, and soldering joints according to instructions
• You will combine mechanical parts, electronics, and cabling into a functional assembly

We expect from you:

• Manual dexterity and precision in manual assembly work, as well as a habit of working efficiently and using various tools in daily tasks
• Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to read electrical diagrams and other production documentation
• Basic IT skills for handling production documentation and instructions, including the use of an ERP system
• Good eyesight for precision work
• Responsibility, diligence, and initiative
• A desire to learn new assembly techniques and work in a team
• Basic Finnish language skills (English is a plus)

Considered an advantage:

• Previous experience in electromechanical assemblies, including crimping and soldering joints
• Experience in the manufacture of defense or industrial products
