Job summary

Savon Voima Oyj is seeking an electrical professional for our central production area in energy production. The role covers maintenance and operation at heat production plants across Lapinlahti and neighboring municipalities, with travel to varied sites.

We value a practical, customer‑oriented mindset, safety focus, and willingness to engage in on‑call duties. A valid B‑class driving license is required for travel between locations.

Job description

We are seeking an electrical professional for our central production area in energy production.

Your responsibilities include maintenance and operation tasks at heat production plants located in Lapinlahti, Varpaisjärvi, Nilsiä, Maaninka, Juankoski and Siilinjärvi, as well as hydro power facilities. The role requires electrical training and a few years of work experience. A valid driving license (B-class) is required as the role involves travel within several municipalities. You should be prepared for on-call/on-duty responsibilities and be able to work at customer premises. A customer‑oriented mindset, responsibility, initiative, and good interpersonal skills are essential. You should aim to become a versatile energy professional with knowledge of automation systems and mechanical maintenance in addition to electrical work.
