Job summary

ARNON Oy in Tampere is expanding its electrical panel assembly team and offering entry-level trainee positions. You will perform mechanical and component assembly, cabling, and wiring of electrical diagrams for automation centres, working within a seasoned team.

Personnel may join as an apprentice or full member of staff; traineeships are typically unpaid, with a path to professional growth. The company adheres to the Teknologiateollisuus collective agreement and values skills and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic qualification in electrical and automation engineering or equivalent proven by experience.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Finnish language (English is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and component assembly, cabling and assembly of electrical diagrams and wiring schematics for electrical and automation centres.
• Inspecting own work and delivering the finished product to testing.
• Work in a phased project complex as part of a skilled team.

We are now strengthening Tampere unit with electrical panel assemblers and electrical panel assembler trainees. Task: mechanical and component assembly, cabling and assembly of electrical diagrams and wiring schematics for electrical and automation centres. Inspecting own work and delivering the finished product to testing. Working in a phased project complex as part of an experienced team.

Requirements

• basic qualification in electrical and automation engineering (or equivalent proven by experience)
• ability to read electrical diagrams and basic tools
• language: Finnish, and English is a plus
