Job summary

Creo Center Oy in Finland is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our expanding team. You will design electrical systems for vehicles, machines or industrial equipment, including control cabinets, instrumentation, cable routes and wire harnesses, selecting components with cost efficiency in mind and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design for vehicles, machines or industrial applications.
• Hold a technical university degree in electrical or automation engineering.
• Experience with EPLAN or E3 design software.
• Autonomous and solution-oriented work approach with ability to take responsibility for own projects.
• Good communication and collaboration in Finnish and English.

Job description

Role with us:

In the electrical design role you are responsible for electrical design of projects in a comprehensive and independent manner. We work across industries and your work may involve industrial production equipment or mobile machines; day-to-day work includes control cabinet design, instrumentation, and designing cable routes and wire harnesses. You will select and size suitable electrical components to meet system requirements with cost efficiency in mind, ensure project documentation, and participate in commissioning and testing of designed systems if needed. Our electrical design team is growing rapidly, so if you wish you will have the opportunity to take broader responsibility for projects and the team’s activities.

What we’re looking for:

We seek a person with experience in electrical design for vehicles, machines or industrial applications. You have a suitable technical university degree (for example electrical or automation engineering). You understand the compatibility and functionality of electrical components and systems, have experience with EPLAN or E3 design software, an autonomous and solution-oriented work approach and the ability to take responsibility for your own projects, and good communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English.
