  • Audits & Inspections: Carry out regular site audits and inspections, document results, ensure corrective actions are rigorously followed up, and maintain accurate records of statutory inspections for tools, plant, and equipment.
  • Subcontractor & Workforce Engagement: Ensure project subcontractors adhere strictly to group EHS policies, coordinate site inductions and training, compile and deliver Toolbox talks, and participate in daily activity briefings and white board meetings.
  • Incident Management & Welfare: Assist in timely accident and incident investigations, ensure effective communication with management, and oversee the maintenance of high standards for site welfare and hygiene facilities.
  • Sustainability: Support waste reduction and recycling programmes in alignment with project environmental targets.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS role within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
  • Third-level qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline (NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is highly advantageous).

  • Strong knowledge of current health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to cultivate a positive safety culture.
  • Business‑fluent English, both written and verbal, alongside strong communication, organisational, and IT reporting skills.
