Job description

We are hiring an Early Years Teacher at Pilke Tahti, a music-focused daycare in Ii. The role involves guiding children gently on their learning path through play, recognizing each child’s unique strengths, and supporting their growth and development. You will manage content of early childhood education plans, plan, assess, and develop the pedagogical activities of the group, and ensure high-quality pedagogy in your unit. You should have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and proactive attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to engage with children authentically.

• regional availability allowance of €197.17/month for eligible teachers
• master’s allowance of €153.75/month for a Master of Education with a major in early childhood education
