About LTI

LTI is a privately-owned daycare in Helsinki caring for children aged 9 months to 5 years. Our facility, LTI-Tapaninvainio, accommodates a maximum of 15 children.

Job Responsibilities

You will work alongside another educarer. Responsibilities include caring for children, planning and assisting with age-appropriate activities, and maintaining the cleanliness and resources of the daycare. As a small team, cleaning duties are shared among staff.

Work Approach and Requirements

We are inspired by Magda Gerber’s Educaring approach. Familiarity and openness to practicing this approach are preferred.

Fluent and confident English speaking and writing skills are required. Basic Finnish understanding is beneficial but not mandatory.

Applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and experience. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

An extract from the criminal records is required according to the Criminal Records Act (770/1993, §6, 2 mom) and the Act on Background Checks for Working with Children (504/2002).
