The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Marketing properties available for sale or lease.
- Organising viewings and responding to queries.
- All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals, and terminations.
- Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation, etc.
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and leads generation.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities.
- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
- Measuring, monitoring, and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Property Marketing/Leasing within the Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised, and can multi-task effectively.
- Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
