Operations span all product lines and markets.

Asset Servicing is responsible for the management of Voluntary Corporate Action events across the globe for both equity and fixed income products. The team’s role in supporting both internal and external clients throughout the lifecycle of large-scale events, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder Meetings, and Bankruptcies, provides a unique opportunity to play a part in real-time, impactful market transactions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for an experienced Operations professional to join Global Banking & Markets Operations in New York within the Asset Servicing Team.

  1. 3+ years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services, or related fields (ideally in Voluntary Reorg Processing).
  2. Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and demonstrates accountability, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  3. Proactive, enthusiastic approach with very high attention to detail.
  4. Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-focused with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  5. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to use discretion and good judgment.
  6. Excellent Client Service skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to individuals with varying levels of product expertise.
  7. Competency with MS Suite, especially Excel.
  8. Proven ability to effectively manage operational risks.
  9. Challenge existing risk and control framework and the status quo to further reinforce the control environment.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $80,000 - $135,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
