Job summary

JYSK OY in Salo is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences at the store. You will actively sell and view every customer interaction as an opportunity, while providing excellent service to help customers make confident decisions.

You will implement the JYSK concept, keep the store ready for campaigns, and handle stock operations, unloading, and moving products to customers.

Qualifications

• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Motivated by sales and customer experience.
• Flexible with shift hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Finnish is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell actively and treat every customer interaction as an opportunity.
• Provide excellent customer service each shift and help customers decide.
• Implement the JYSK concept and keep the store attractive for campaigns.
• Take care of stock operations, unloading and moving products to customers.
• Support varied roles across store, warehouse and campaigns.
