Job summary

JYSK OY in Seinäjoki, Finland, is looking for a motivated part-time Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will handle sales, customer service, and cashier duties, contributing to meeting store targets and delivering the JYSK service concept.

The role is permanent, 20 hours per week with morning/evening/weekend shifts. Previous customer service experience is beneficial; excellent Finnish language skills are required for customer contact and instructions.

SALES WORK AT JYSK

Your varied and full workdays consist of sales, customer service, cashier work, and other store maintenance tasks. You are responsible for store targets together with the team. You implement the JYSK service concept: being ready to serve customers, acting professionally, and selling the best solutions. You ensure the store is always tidy, stocked with small products, and ready for new sales days and campaigns. You also enjoy physical work, helping weekly with receiving, unloading, and shelving goods in the warehouse and store.

Employment is permanent and part-time. Average hours: 20h/week. Salary according to the retail collective agreement (based on experience 10.89 €/h – 15.26 €/h + evening, Saturday, and holiday bonuses).
