Job summary

Tampere University invites applications for Doctoral Researcher positions within the Faculty of Management and Business in Finland. Selected applicants will pursue doctoral studies while contributing to teaching and other assigned duties at the university.

The positions begin January 1, 2027 and run for 1–3 years with a six‑month trial period. Salary starts at €2,774.69 per month, with increases as the doctoral work progresses under the university salary system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from a university.
• Present a research and study plan approved by a supervisor.
• Have been accepted to pursue a doctoral degree before signing the employment contract.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a doctoral degree in one of the subjects of the doctoral programme.
• Participate in teaching and other specified tasks.
