A leading technology firm in Tampere seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive its paid advertising efforts. This full-time position allows you to lead campaigns across channels while collaborating with a creative team. We’re now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take full ownership of our paid advertising and growth marketing efforts. You’ll run, test, and optimize campaigns across channels, collaborate on content marketing, build scalable systems, and drive measurable results that fuel our global growth. In this role, you will lead our digital advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, Reddit, and Google Ads (including Shopping feeds and YouTube). You won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll have the opportunity to shape and build them from the ground up, working closely with internal colleagues.
You will be joining a modern and creative international marketing team of nine people — soon ten with you. Our team includes talented brand strategic marketers and content creators in both visuals and copywriting, so we are able to produce most of our marketing fully in-house. Alongside community-driven marketing and influencer collaborations, we run our own online store and support a strong reseller network, giving you plenty of exciting channels to play with.
Marketing at Simucube is part of our wider commercial team, which also includes customer support and sales. That means you will be working hand in hand with colleagues across functions, so teamwork is our keyword. Until now, this role has been outsourced, so you’ll be the first to bring this expertise in-house. You’ll work with a skilled team and external agency support is available if needed. This is a unique chance to make your mark, build the role around your strengths, and grow with us.
You will leverage tools like HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager and explore AI-powered solutions to track performance across the full funnel, from first impressions to closed deals. You will be responsible for bringing relevant traffic to simucube.com, generating leads, and turning them into sales with the help of others. You’ll have the freedom to build, create, and develop innovative approaches, continuously optimizing campaigns and processes for maximum impact.
You will apply holistic thinking to create scalable, repeatable frameworks for growth, constantly experimenting with ad formats and creative approaches to drive results. Whether it’s B2C, B2B, or employer branding, your focus will be on understanding customer needs and optimizing every touchpoint, not just chasing sales numbers.
