Simucube is redefining the future of sim racing and simulation technology. From our office in Hervanta, Tampere, Finland, our team of 60 passionate professionals designs and builds products celebrated for their unmatched performance and uncompromising quality.

Role and expectations

We’re now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take full ownership of our paid advertising and growth marketing efforts. You’ll run, test, and optimize campaigns across channels, collaborate on content marketing, build scalable systems, and drive measurable results that fuel our global growth. This role is about making a real impact, growing together with the team, and advancing our brand visibility while growing your own expertise.

The role in a nutshell
  • This is a full-time, permanent role.
  • We are based in Hervanta, Tampere. While we offer flexible working arrangements, we enjoy being together in the office and expect this role to have a regular on-site presence.
  • The salary range is 4000-4800€/month, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will lead our digital advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, Reddit, and Google Ads (including Shopping feeds and YouTube). You won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll have the opportunity to shape and build them from the ground up, working closely with internal colleagues.

You will be joining a modern and creative international marketing team of nine people — soon ten with you. Our team includes talented brand strategic marketers and content creators in both visuals and copywriting, so we are able to produce most of our marketing fully in-house. Alongside community-driven marketing and influencer collaborations, we run our own online store and support a strong reseller network, giving you plenty of exciting channels to play with.

Marketing at Simucube is part of our wider commercial team, which also includes customer support and sales. That means you will be working hand in hand with colleagues across functions, so teamwork is our keyword. Until now, this role has been outsourced, so you’ll be the first to bring this expertise in-house. You’ll work with a skilled team and external agency support is available if needed. This is a unique chance to make your mark, build the role around your strengths, and grow with us.

You will leverage tools like HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager and explore AI-powered solutions to track performance across the full funnel, from first impressions to closed deals. You will be responsible for bringing relevant traffic to simucube.com, generating leads, and turning them into sales with the help of others. You’ll have the freedom to build, create, and develop innovative approaches, continuously optimizing campaigns and processes for maximum impact.

You will apply holistic thinking to create scalable, repeatable frameworks for growth, constantly experimenting with ad formats and creative approaches to drive results. Whether it’s B2C, B2B, or employer branding, your focus will be on understanding customer needs and optimizing every touchpoint, not just chasing sales numbers.

What makes you thrive in our team
  • Proven track record in scaling brands with paid social and search ads, from zero to growth or by managing larger budgets, including eCommerce and shopping feeds.
  • A genuine curiosity and hands-on experience with AI technologies to optimize digital campaigns and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of psychological customer behavior and the buying journey. You think about targeting, how audiences move, which channels they use, and how success is measured along the funnel, combining modern inbound and outbound marketing approaches.
  • Ability to turn customer pain points into effective campaigns while understanding what materials are needed and communicating clearly with the team.
  • Structured and proactive so you know when something is “good enough” and can guide the team to focus on the right priorities.
  • International mindset with eagerness to scale campaigns across markets. Current markets: Europe and North America, with motivation to explore new markets.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. No Finnish required, as our working language is English.

  • Interest or experience in SEO / GEO
  • Strong brand sense, able to quickly grasp a brand’s essence and core values and apply them effectively, focusing on building genuine trust with the audience.
  • Passion for long-term brand building and conceptual design, resilience when results take time.
  • Familiarity with U.S., Brazilian, or Asian markets
  • Experience working with premium consumer brands
  • Knowledge of the sim racing, e-sports, motorsports, or tech industry landscape
